Hello!
The applicants must have passed the qualifying examination I.e. 10+2 level or an equivalent examination from any recognised board in the year 2019or will be appearing for the same in the year 2019. Students from all streams are eligible to apply. Those who appeared in the examination before 2018 are not eligible for UCEED 2019. All the best.

There is no such eligibility criteria mentioned on the official website of the institute. It is advisable to get in touch with the institute authorities for detailed information.

I have seen many linguist in both Indian or quite many foreign language including English whose student life clearly expressed their passion and opting for more than classwork sort of things. JB, Graduate Marine Engineer (GME) eligibility criteria are as under.
1. Academic Qualification :Graduation in BE /B TECH (Mechanical Engineering), BE / B TECH (Mechanical & Automation Engineering), Naval Architecture with minimum marks of 55% aggregate in degree.
AND
Minimum 50% marks in English subject at 10th or 12th
or in Degree Exam conducted by a recognized board or
University.
2. Age Limit as on course commencement date should not more than 28 years (as on course commencement date)
3. Marital Status :- Unmarried
4. No. of seats per batch :- 40
7. Last date of registration :- 31 Dec 2018
The course fee is about Rs 541028/.

After class 10th, there are various streams you can opt for. You can either go for Diploma or higher secondary studies. In higher secondary studies, there are three streams namely Science, commerce and humanities. You can choose among these depending upon your interest. All the best.

Nanotechnology after class 10th is your query. Right? Presently at least the syllabus for class 11th and class 12th is tightly controlled by the states or the CBSE, and there could be a chapter on nanotechnology, but definitely it will not be a full-fledged subject. Nanotechnology is a much specialized branch and presently it is available at the post-graduation level only. So, you will have to do your graduation in Science or technology, and then look for specialization in nanotechnology at that point in time. Best wishes to you.
