Diploma in Physiotherapy is 2 years long diploma certificate course, which you can get admission after class 10th. The course covers theoretical studies as well as hands on practice sessions. This course falls under the categories of medical/paramedical course. Most institutes have the direct admission process.

Yes, eligible but top ranked universities won't be considering you if you don't have a strong overall profile which includes solid extracurricular activities, LORs, SOP, etc. Australia, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Netherlands, etc. are some places you could see.

All good colleges accepting CAT score have already completed their admission process. It's too late to get into a good B-School. But if some seats are left vacant then you can go for Jaipuria, Lucknow or Amity, Lucknow. Good luck.
