For getting IIM call you should have a decent percentage in your academics. Atleast above 75 percentile. But sometimes you will get a call according to your percentile in CAT exam as it all depends various IIM. You can even get a call if you have 55% above in all academics.

Yes, it is possible, First you need to crack CAT exam then according to your percentile you will get a call from different B-school and of course for IIMs you need above 93-94 %ile because you belong to OBC category. Otherwise for non-reservation category you need above 97-99 %ile.

After completing 10th class you are eligible to do SPL. But it is a waste of time and money. Hello,
You can go to IITs only after completing 10+2 and IITs don't offer a course in information technology but they offer computer science engineering. IT is just one aspect of application of computers. As such applications are adequately studied in CSE and EE programs they don't offer a separate course. You may opt for CSE from top IITs. To do so, you need to have PCM for sure as you need to secure a good rank in JEE main and advanced exams. Then you can take computer science with PCM.

Hello Mahesh,
The admission into IITs is based on the rank secured in JEE main and advanced. In that exam the questions are asked from PCM only.
So you need to have PCM for sure.
If you plan to do software engineering or computer science engineering, etc. you need to opt for computer science besides PCM and if you want to do biotechnology, genetic engineering, etc. then opt for biology with PCM.
However, you can appear for the exam only with PCM as it is mandatory for any engineering course.

Hello Mahesh, yes you can get admission in SIBM Pune, provided you score high in the SNAP exam (cutoff is generally 98 percentile) and perform really well in the interview rounds. All the best!
P.S. You might be asked, in the personal interview(PI) round, about your low score in 12th, so better be prepared with a proper answer.
