No, you cannot take the NDA entrance examination after 10th grade. As per the academic eligibility criteria of the NDA you need to have passed or be appearing in the 12th grade. There is no such differences in both the course it is inter related in each other aspects. The only major difference is BBA is fully job oriented and provide knowledge in depth and core knowledge but in BMS you get theory and logical knowledge.
