No you don't get seat in desh bhagat University punjab B.Tech with 88% in class 12th because it have entrance exam you have to score high marks with good rank then only you get seat in it.if you want seat without writting entrance exam then you go to college and take admission as in the management quota pay fees and join in it

60% marks is enough to take admission in the college . But JEE Mains marks is also required for the admission.
