Yes, you are eligible in jadavpur university and you can apply for WBJEE to pursue BE in Chemical Engineer from Jadavpur University. Student from any state in India can apply for WBJEE. You just need a domicile certificate which claims reservations for government institutions. A distance learning MA programme is available from UPRTOU Allahabad. Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University MA programme follows a semester structure. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university to be able to apply for the course. Candidates may submit an online application for the course. The total fee for the MA course is between INR 3,700 and INR 20,000.
