Firstly you short list some colleges from where you can pursue this course. Most of the engineering colleges require some entrance score but some private engineering colleges may give admission directly. Also stone universities in India have been authorized to offer online degree. You can also explore about it. You can also explore about AMIE for distance engineering courses.

As per your score in JEE 2023 you can get more college's which furthermore good then NIT Durgapur as they don't have good quality of facilities. Rest is upon you.
