Yes, you easily get admission in Chikara University, Himachal Pradesh, for B.Tech because the minimum of 75 percentile and 60 % marks in 12th (Science stream) can get admission in this college. so, you can easily graduate good branch like CSE, IT, CSE etc. at this 88 percentile.
Benchmarks to get admission into CSE branch is 80 percentile or more for the safer side.

The placement percentage is nearly 100 % but it may change you can think of a placement percentage between 90 to 100 due to the recession year and all. The highest package offered in the college is 32 LPA, and the average salary package offered is up to 5 LPA to 6 LPA.
and TCS, Infosys, Deloitte, Tata, Wipro, etc., are the top company where B.Tech students get placed and they are eligible to get an internship at the end of 3rd year.

and this fee is the same for all courses in M.Tech.
Total 2 years M.Tech course fee:- 3 Lakh.
Chikara University is famous for its B.Tech course but for M.Tech the average package is nearly the same as B.Tech student.

It has also been ranked 3rd in the state, so it is one of the best college in the Himachal pradesh. it's placement percentage and vibrant campus may attract student to get admission in B.Tech courses. other thing about college as follows.
campus size :-50 acre.,crowdy campus hai, event hote rahate hain.
Library :- well design decent sa hai.
sport complex :- better hai as other private college me hain.
competive environment and more than 90 percent placement stat that is good sign to get admission into it.
