UPSC examination is conducted every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
To be eligible :
- You need to pass graduation in any field from any recognized university.
- You are eligible if you are in the final year of graduation.

It doesn't matter u give exam after ug or pg.u must be prepared for IAS.preparation for IAS requires almost 2.5 years .starting preparing from ug is good

i have actually two questions. 1st- is it necessary to get a pg degree before appearing for the ias exam as bachelors are a bit less mature?

You have to first study the syllabus given in the Civil Services 2013 Notification in Employment News or visit upsc.gov.in, then come to us for further discussion and counselling at our office.
