But if you pass 1st PUC with PCMB as your subjects then there is no chance to change it. Always select the subject which interests you and what you want to pursue in future. Even subjects which are interesting to you may be difficult.

It's not possible to change a stream in 12th but yes there is no restrictions after 12th. You can't go in any other field, you can choose your career option, you check eligibility for it.

Class 12th exam is a Once-and-for-all exam which can not be altered in any case once the result has been declared. The graduation marks are a seperate thing and field of study and does not in any manner affect the class 12th marks.

Class 12th marks do have a little role in clearing the cutoff marks of certain colleges. But if you clear the entrance exams of any college, it will not impact that much in the admission process. But giving you a clear answer it does have certain consequences.
