Yes, you can pursue nursing after passing class 12 in the Arts stream:

You must meet the eligibility criteria set by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).

You must have passed class 12 with a minimum of 40% aggregate marks from a recognised board.

You must have passed class 12 in English with a minimum of 40% from a recognised board.

You must be at least 17 years of age as of December 31 of the year you seek admission.

You must be medically fit

Yes, candidates can pursue a BBM course degree after completing Class 12 in the Arts stream. Many universities and colleges offer BBM programs that accept students from various educational backgrounds, including Arts.

No, in India, if you want to pursue the B Optom course, a Science background in Class 12 is considered.  

This is because the Optometry course is full of Science topics like Physics, Chemistry and Biology, therefore, a candidate belonging to an Arts or Commerce is not ideally eligible to apply for the Optometry courses.

Yes you can give Improvement exam in that particular subject next year in 2025. 

For that you have to fill Private Candidate form which will be out in 1st week of September on CBSE Website. Then select your subject, pay the fee and you will get your admit card at your postal address. 

After declaration of results,

Within 20-30 days you will get your New Private Candidate Marksheet at your postal address again. 

Also You have to use Both Original Marksheet and New Private Candidate Marksheet for your counselling purpose next year.
