Amity perhaps accepts students with ex academic record without any entrance exam. But unfortunately you will not fit in to that bracket. But if you are interested in Amity only, then may be you can take break of one year, study for entrance exam, score well and get admission next year.

Your marks are very less.
From these marks, you can't get any IIT or NIT.

You and me, both know that 46% are very less marks. If you want job, then go through general competitions and if you want to study further, you can do some foreign language course available in different colleges and universities.

There are so many entrance exams for 12th passed students like NEET LPU-NEST SRM JEE, KIITEE etc.

No. You will have to apply for entrance because Patna University admits BCA students on the basis of entrance exam.

With PCB, you might get admission in B.Tech because maths is compulsory but still, there are some private colleges who give admission. So, search the private college and apply for admission.

The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing the course is a 10+2 or equivalent qualification in any stream from a recognised educational Board. Admission to the course is based on the candidates performance in a relevant entrance exam, or merit obtained in the last qualifying exam. No minimum percentage required.
