It depends on cut off. Every college varies in their cut off, and that's the advantage for science student, because they can apply for arts stream as in political science hons. English hons. He can opt for language course also.

For taking admission in B.Arch, you need to appear for the entrance exam and score good marks in the same. Your admission will be considered with respect to your score in the entrance exam and not only your class 12th marks.

You can do anything you want to. You are a science student, you can take either B.Sc or B.Tech for graduation. After that, you have to fight an entrance exam to get admission in IIM that is CAT. After clearing this, you can get admission here.

You have more options like B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA and many more. But if you want to really see yourself as a good professional then you should pursue engineering. This is more interesting.
