All NITs accept CAT score. Some NITs also accept MAT score and very few NITs accept CMAT score. Since NIT, Rourkela has not mentioned any particular exam therefore it must accept CMAT also.

For getting admission in Bharti Vidyapeeth Pune for MBA, you have to appear for the B-MAT test which is conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune.
