You can apply by filling the application form. Then you will have to face the group discussion and personal interview. Your selection will be subject to your performance in the GD and PI.

Your percentile is fair enough, but not good, but still you have a fair chance of getting IMS, through DTE counselling. Else, you could also try for good colleges, outside Madhya Pradesh.
