There are many good B-schools in Delhi which accept the CMAT score. The list includes Asia-Pacific Institute of Management, JIMS-Rohini, IMS-Ghaziabad, BIMTECH, JIMS-Kalkaji, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Fortune Institute of Management. If your family budget is low then you can apply for education loan. Nowadays, applying for education loan has become very easy and they don't take any interest from you during your study period as well as the next one year after college is over till you find a sound job for yourself. After getting a job you have to start paying your loan amount.

There is not much difference between the two in terms of difficulty level. CMAT is a bit easier than MAT as the number of questions needs to be answered in the CMAT is less than the number of questions that need to be answered in MAT. In CMAT, 100 questions need to be answered, 200 questions in CMAT.
Also, more time will be given for solving questions in CMAT than MAT. This gives CMAT ample edge over MAT in difficulty level. There is no significant difference in the nature of questions asked in MAT and CMAT. Even though students will be tested in 4 sections in CMAT and 5 sections in MAT.

Entrance exam score is required to get admission for MBA. Not a single college/institute in India will accept you without MBA entrance exam.

You cannot get any good college. You can try MAT for the next attempt and also you can go for colleges that don't take exam scores but use their own tests as the admission criteria. Also, you can try through other quotas to get into a good college.

At 48 percentile, it will be tough to crack a good college for IB. There are universities that will accept this score but then their placements aren't good. Maybe you can give MAT and go for a better score for a good college tapping.
