You can look for colleges like- Jaipuria, Prestige, NDIM, Alliance-Bangalore, SCMS-Cochin, IPE-Hyderabad, PES-Bangalore.

Yes, you can apply for MMS through CMAT under OMS category that is Other maharashtra State. OMS seats are (18 seats, 15%) through CMAT.

Yes, you do stand a fair chance of getting a call from Welingkar, as they consider an overall score of your GD PI, past academic records, and also your percentile. Now converting the call depends on you as to how well your GD PI goes.

Your percentile is good enough. So, you may have a chance of getting admission in both the institutes. I suggest also search for some other institute with this score criteria to be on safe side.
