Indeed, passing the CMAT is a requirement for admission to Saurashtra University's MBA program. Candidates for MBA programs must have passed the NTA-administered CMAT test and scored at least 50% (45% for SC/ST/SEBC/EWS) on the qualifying exam.
In fact, in order to be eligible for a special reduction under the NTA-run tuition schedule, all colleges require the CMAT. Scores on the CMAT are helpful but not necessary. It is still possible for you to apply to the MBA programme at Surashtra University if your CMAT result is not at least 55%. There is also the opportunity to enroll directly in the programme to pursue an MBA at Saurashtra Univ

Candidates who have a valid score of CAT and CMAT need not appear for VMOU MET. They can apply for admission basis their score in these exams. However, scores should not be more than one year old. For example, if you plan for VMOU MBA in 2026, you must have passed CAT 2025 or CMAT in 2026.

The Xavier Institute of Social Service Ranchi accepts several national-level entrance exams, including CAT, XAT and CMAT for admission to PGDM courses. The institute has released the 2024 cutoff for CMAT for both Unreserved and Reserved categories. As per the data available on the offical website, XISS CMAT cutoff 2024 is 70 for Unreserved category students. For the Reserved category, the CMAT 2024 percentile is 60 for the PGDM-HRM course.

CMAT application fee is INR 2,000 for male candidates belonging to General category. For women candidates, the fee is INR 1,000. For Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe male candidates, the fees is INR 1,000 and for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe women and transgender candidates, it is INR 1,000. For Persons with Disability category candidates too, the CMAT application fee is INR 1,000. The fee can be paid in online mode only, through debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI wallets. Yes, aspirants can apply for MBA at NIT Agartala can apply with a valid score of CMAT. The other accepted entrance exams are CAT/XAT/MAT. No, NIT Calicut does not accept CMAT scores for admission to MBA course. For admission to MBA (Regular) course, candidates must qualify for CAT with a valid score. Candidates have to submit their CAT scores at the time of applying for MBA on the official website of NIT Calicut. However, for aspirants of industry-sponsored MBA courses, candidates are offered admission based on their ranks obtained in the Department-level written test.
