The IISc Bangalore cutoff 2025 for the M.Tech courses at the postgraduate level has been released for Round 1. The IISc Bangalore cutoff 2025 ranged between 400 and 690 for general AI students. Among all the MTech courses, M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (CFTI) is the most competitive for admission. Talking about the IISc Bangalore M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering cutoff 2025, the first round cutoff score is 690. For the OBC category students, the cutoff score for the same stood at 650 in the AI quota. So, candidates seeking admission to MTech in Mechanical Engineering must aim to secure a cutoff score up to 700 to improve their chances of getting admission to this institute.

Indian Institute of Technology Ropar has offered several courses for students aspiring to get admission to the Masters Programme.  IIT Ropar accepts GATE COAP scores for admission to MTech programmes.

According to the IIT Ropar MTech cutoff 2024, M.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering and M.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence have become the most competitive specialisations, with a score of 740 in both for General AI category students.  Likewise, M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering was the least competitive course, with a Round 3 cutoff of 345 for General AI students.

Furthermore, in the IIT Ropar Round 3 cutoff 2024, the CSE Round 1, 2, and 3 cutoff scores were 764, 749, and 740, respectively, for the General AI category. Similarly, for the OBC category, the CSE Round stood at 640, 641, and 708, respectively.
