Yes, IISc (the conducting body) has published the GATE COAP 2025 dates on the website-gate.iisc.ac.in. Registrations for GATE COAP will start from May 13, onwards. The counselling process will be conducted in different rounds, where candidates have to perform various options, such as accept and freeze, retain and wait, and reject and wait.

The official website for GATE COAP admission counselling is - gate.iisc.ac.in/coap2025. COAP stands for the Common Offers Acceptance Portal for admission into an M.Tech. Programme in the participating academic institutes. COAP is not a portal for applying for M.Tech Admission.

Candidates must apply separately to each institute for M.Tech admission. The GATE COAP dates have been announced on the official website - gate.iisc.ac.in. Registrations for GATE COAP Round 1 registrations will begin from May 13, 2025 (10:00 am) onwards.

The GATE COAP website for 2025 have been launched. The counselling dates have been released for various rounds. Registrations for GATE 2025 Round I counselling start from May 13 onwards. Candidates who have qualified with a valid GATE score can register for GATE COAP 2025.

IIT Madras accepts GATE COAP exam scores to offer M.Tech courses to the candidates belonging to All India categories. During the IIT Madras M.Tech cutoff 2022, the cutoff score released between 432 and 877 for the General AI category candidates. For top programs such as CSE, Micro Electronics and VLSI Design, and Integrated Circuits and Systems, the General AI quota cutoff stood at 820, 831, and 877, respectively. For the same course, the category-wise cutoffs are presented in the table below:

The COAP 2024 registration window for GATE qualified candidates is closed. It typically starts around March and concludes in May/June.
However, COAP Registration Process is:
- Visit the official COAP website.
- Click on "New User Registration".
- Enter your details, including your GATE registration ID, and create a password.
- Login to the COAP portal using your credentials.
- Fill out the registration form carefully.
- Pay the registration fee (if applicable)
- Submit your application form and save a copy for reference.

No member institute accepts applications through COAP 2024 for admission to the M.Tech program. Candidates should submit separate applications to the appropriate Institute (s) for admission to the M.Tech programme and PSU for jobs.
