With an 80th percentile in JEE Mains 2025 and being an SC category student with home state quota, you have a reasonable chance of getting into COEP (College of Engineering Pune) for Electrical Engineering, but it's not a guarantee.

While an 80th percentile with SC category and home state quota is a good starting point, you need to perform well in the entrance exams (JEE Main and MHT-CET) and actively participate in the counselling process to maximize your chances of getting into COEP for Electrical Engineering.

It is bit difficult to get admission for someone in COEP with a rank of 146k in JEE Mains. For OBC candidates, the rank should be below 40k to get admission in COEP but other reserved candidates can get the admission with 146k rank. Other engineering schools with higher cutoffs can be worth.

The institute has not disclosed the complete statistics for the placement drive 2020-21. The average package offered in 2021 is yet to be disclosed on the official website. It'll be updated here once it is released. However, the average package offered to BTech students during TSSM College of Engineering Pune placement 2021 was INR 3.5 LPA.
