LM College of Pharmacy is a government-aided (Grant-in-aid) institution that offers low fees compared to private universities. The base tuition fee is roughly INR 8,400 for the entire four-year duration for male candidates. Under state government rules, all female students are completely exempt from paying tuition fees. Additionally, charges for university enrollment and examination fees are collected separately each semester.

However, since LM College of Pharmacy is highly competitive, the actual aggregate of students who secure admission is typically much higher, often above 75% to 80%.
