With a CUET score of 476/800 without mathematics, you can look at admission to many government colleges that give B.A. courses. Delhi University (DU) is a very good choice, but the cut-offs for top colleges like LSR, Hans Raj, and Hindu College are generally higher. You may have a better shot in other central universities such as Aligarh Muslim University or Jamia Millia Islamia, depending on their respective cut-offs. It is crucial to refer to the personal cut-offs of every college and course when they come out.

Cutoffs also differ according to the course, university, and category. Class 12 board marks are considered by some universities for tie-breaking. Targeting universities with a bit lower cut-offs and applying to several universities can improve your chances.
