The following facilities are provided at the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad.
1. Courses: There are around eight specializations offered in the Bachelor of Design. In the Master of Design, around seven specializations are provided.
2. Hostel facilities: Separate, well-maintained hostels for boys and girls. The college has a student mess committee to oversee the quality of the mess food.
3. The campus is situated near the Sabarmati river and has lush green infrastructure. The college has Wi-Fi-enabled infrastructure. It also has a canteen, a gym, and a canteen. A separate guest house for parents' stay is also available at NID.
4. Events and extracurricular activities : There are occasional celebrations such as Chitrakatha and Alpavirama to provide a platform to explore the creative side of students. Apart from that, many socio-cultural events are organized by the student activity committee.

The Certificate Course in Tools and Techniques in Microbiology is a postgraduate Certificate offered by Gujarat University Ahmedabad. To apply for this course, you must have completed your graduation in B.Sc. From a recognised university.
1. The Admission Committee of GU will announce dates for applying for admission on its website and in newspapers.
2. You have to apply offline by visiting the admission department of the GU before the last date.
3. You have to register by filling out an application form and submitting required documents.
4. The committee will then prepare a merit list of the shortlisted candidates based on the availability of seats and the verification of the documents submitted.
5. Later you will be required to submit a fee, which is Rs. 16,821 for males and Rs. 15,471 for females.
