The hostel is also nice, in each room there were 2 fans, and reading chairs etc. Meal quality is nice, it looks like Home food. It is affordable for all people. the hostel is accessible to all requirements etc.

PEC Chandigarh lay in category of "Government Funded Technical Institution Public engineering school". So, basically it's semi-govern.
And by mistake I understand it wrong, so if you are talking about "Pondicherry Engineering College", definitely it's a central government institutions.
