Private colleges may offer admission to students who have not qualified in EAMCET but they may require you to pay donations as you haven't qualified EAMCET. However, I couldn't find any information about joining CSE group with extra fee if you are not qualified in EAMCET. You can contact the colleges that you are interested in directly for more information about their admission requirements and eligibility criteria.
