Having secured a NEET score of 600 and an AIR of 80,885, it brings the prospect level quite lower for bagging a seat in government medical colleges, such as GMC, Himachal Pradesh, or Assam under the AIQ quota. The cut-off mark for AIQ seats in these states usually lies in a significantly higher range; often this is in and around 500-600 marks for the general category candidate. For instance, the cut-offs for government colleges are much higher than your current score, but you may look for private medical college options or under state quota which may have lower cut-offs.

No, Gauhati University BSc admission takes place through the merit secured in the CUET entrance exam. Thus it is necessary to take those entrance exams to be eligible for admission into the BSc programme. Class 12 exam score only makes a candidate eligibile for BSc admission and does not secure direct admission into the university. Gauhati University admission are only finalised when candidates have paid some amount of the tuition fees.
