The university-owned accommodations are; Lisa Bellear House, The Lofts at Melbourne Connect, Little Hall, and University Apartment. 

Besides the Parkville campus the University of Melbourne has six specialist campuses located throughout Greater Melbourne and regional Victoria and three innovation precincts in Melbourne's central business district. The other campuses are Parkville campus, Southbank campus, Burnley campus, Dookie campus, Creswick campus, Werribee campus, and Shepparton campus.
