Hello Nishar Ahmed, St Paul's College of Bangalore is affiliated to Bangalore University. The college has good reputation amongst students community and hence lots of students do apply. With 50% seats reserved for minority students for whom this college was established, competition is intense for remaining seats. Here I want to clarify that general brochure or handbook of admission does talk of cutoff to the extent of saying that these are determined every year. It is understood that for general category students admission for marks below 70% in 12th, admission would be difficult.
