For MBBS course NEET exam is required but for some courses like BPT, BSc, GNM, MHA, and MPT admission is based on the merit scores of the last qualifying exam. NEET is a tough exam to crack. In KSOU CGPA is different for different courses. For example what I know is about engineering. In engineering they will calculate the CGPA based on the credit system
CGPA= no of credit of that subject × marks obtained/ total no of credit
And also they will award you the grade point like if you have above 90in every subject they will award you O ( outstanding) and you will get 10 CGPA

Don't worry if you have a proper and genuine reason for it they will give a re test for internals . Firstly, you should inform the HOD and Principal before only. Tell your parents to inform them. Then only they will consider it. So don't worry and don't lie . Because in some college they are very strict and don't hurt your parents by telling lies.
