RV College is better than PEC college
The RV College also allows for a lot of exposure to the IT sector. It has good quality faculty and infrastructure along with prime location in he center of the city.

Yes, there are seat reservations at Christ University Lavasa, Pune Campus. In the case of Christ University Pune campus, the government body has decided to reserve 20% of total seats for Christian minorities and 5% for other minorities as it's a very prominent institution.
