All the three Universities are one of the best universities in the country. But in my opinion, Alliance University is currently better in terms of placement, faculty members, and course structure is one of the best in terms of Management course in the country. The seat in Alliance School of Business is very limited so, it completely depends on an individuals performance in the entrance test and Personal Interview round. Alliance University is currently ranked 60th in the NIRF including all the top IIMS and Some top-notch private universities. It is the 2nd best Management College in Bangalore after IIM Bangalore. I cant say that it is worth or not because it's your money but being a student of Alliance University I can say this Alliance University is one of the best universities of the country for MBA. MBA in Alliance University is more focused on the practical learning. Course contains Internship in the first year itself. Many projects and records are made by the students in the duration of course. Faculties use case studies, group interaction and presentation to clear topic with real-life example.

For the CET cutoff for B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering you can visit CET websites. I would suggest you go for the Entrance Exam conducted by Alliance University itself. AUSAT is the name of the entrance exam conducted by Alliance University. You can separately opt for this course and the chances to get your favoured course will increase as it will be completely depending on your performance in the entrance test. Alliance college of Engineering and Design is ranked 159th by the NIRF. Alliance University is rated AAA in the category of Engineering College.
