You do not need to worry about the NEET cut off for getting admission in to the Pharm D course. Because, NEET is an entrance for medical courses and Pharm D is a para medical course. In some states there will be CETs common entrance tests, through which you can get admission in to the paramedical courses.
Pharm D degree is open to students who have completed their 12th-grade board exams with at least 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA from a recognised board and have PCM or PCB as their major subject combination.

Direct admission to Engineering 2nd year is possible through Lateral Entry, for Diploma in Engineering students. Students who have completed 3 3-year Diploma course can take direct admission in engineering the second year. The admission is done through a process called the Lateral Entry Scheme.
