I think you can get admission in aeronautical engineering branch in Acharya Institute of Technology. They have management quota seats which they are calling as direct admission. They do admit students based on KCET as well as COMEDK exams also. With 106/200 marks in NATA exam 2019 and 74% in your 12th, you will have options of lots of colleges like RNS School of Architecture, KS School of Architecture, East West School of Architecture, Reva School of Architecture, CMR School of Architecture, etc.

Money aspect would come around 40-50 lakh. The cost could only go upwards of that sum.
