Yes, it is possible to do M.Tech as part time, but you will not be availing the Scholarship even if you are a GATE qualified candidate. But, that can be possible only in universities and their affiliated colleges, but not in Reckoned institutes like IIT's and NIT's.

Hello Abhishek,
It is quite good to know that even after completion of the Diploma, you are interested in pursuing your PUC. Yes, you can do II PUC by correspondence from Karnataka Pre University Board. You should be 17 years old and should have completed SSLC.
