However, you can enroll in certificate course in interior designing if interested, because the certificate course is of three months of duration. 30K to 40k per year

You can definitely pursue a Masters degree in clinical psychology as you have studied nursing in your bachelor degree. Candidate must have passed B.Sc with Statistics and Mathematics as optional subjects and must have secured minimum 50% in Statistics at graduation level. For SC/ ST candidate 45% marks is required.

BBM mostly has theoretical subjects. B.Com is the course which is more relevant to CA as it has accounting and financial management subjects.
