Unfortunately, the eligibility criteria clearly state that the minimum marks in graduation to be 50%. I would recommend that you still apply because ultimately the decision rests with the management.

The fee structures for all the courses are reasonable. The infrastructure is one of the best in the country with its proximity to the Apparel Park.

Yes, you can change the college. But you need to pay remaining years college fee to the current college to get the relieving letter. Also, you have to pay college donation fees+ college fees to another college (new college). It's better to continue with the same college unless you manage financial things.
Along with that, you have to take the permission from the university & college both.
You will have to talk in your college office.

Yes, NATA is mandatory for getting into an architecture school. You have to have minimum 40% marks in NATA. Check the link below:
