It changes from time to time. During my GDPI, we were given 10 minutes to write on a topic and discuss the same after that in another chamber and summarize our views on it.

The minimum cut-off is 75%ile. Please make sure you have achieved this cut-off for a call from XIME-Bangalore.

As my friend mentioned, if you get into XIME-Bangalore, it is compulsory unless you get selected for the student exchange program that happens in winter.
If you get selected for Kochi or Chennai campus this isn't compulsory.

Arpit SinghPursuing MBA from MDI Gurgaon

Beginner-Level 5

Hi,
Sorry, but MDI Gurgaon doesn't accept MAT scores. You will have to give CAT for admission in MDI's regular post graduate programs. The overall cutoff for 2017-19 admissions for GDPIWAT round was around 95 percentile. There are sectional cutoffs too but those aren't revealed and might change every year. All the best.
