There is no such high or low preference, most important is your MAT, CAT, CMAT score and GDPI scores. Rest all is icing on cake. So focus on that and the rest will fall in place.

NIO is actually a research laboratory the under control of CSIR. However, it does not offer any UG or PG courses but enrolls research scholars. You can join this lab after the completion of your Masters in physics, marine engineering or any ocean related subject.
