PES University offers several merit-based scholarships: the top 5% of students with their respective CGPA gets merit certificate with 50% tuition fee refund as Prof. MRD Scholarships. Similarly, Prof. CNR Rao Scholarships award the next 20% of students based on their SGPA 40% tuition fee refund. For securing an SGPA of 7.75 and above, students receive Distinction Awards in the form of merit certificates.

PES University offers rural scholarships that provide free engineering education to select students from a rural background every year. There is teaching and research assistantship given to the students,  considering compensation for those assisting the professors in teaching or working for faculty on research projects. It is merit-based,  specific eligibility criteria.

Admission to PES University is entrance-based. Students are admitted through PESSAT or other valid national/state-level exams. PESSAT registration is compulsory for all applicants. No, direct admission to the college is not available since strict entrance-based admission procedure happens there for all UG and PG courses. PESSAT is the in-house examination managed by PES University of which the candidate needs to appear for getting an admissions and also scores obtained from such national or state level Entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, JEE, PGCET- as per the requirement from the course. Students have to qualify for an entrance test which is associated with admission.

To get into D.Y. Patil Technical Campus - Talsande for an MBA, you'll need a bachelor's degree with a minimum 50% score. You must qualify in a national or state-level entrance exam like CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, MAH CET, or DPU AIET.

The result date of DCET in K.S. Group of Institutions was not mentioned; however, according to the KEA, the results of the exam would generally be released within 2-3 weeks. It has been anticipated that DCET was conducted in the month of July for the current year and the result of the test could have been announced in the month of August but dates are not accessible. The candidates are advised to visit official webpage of KEA or K.S. Group of Institutions to know about the latest announcement of results of DCET. For admission to B.E. / B.Tech at K.S. Group of Institutions the candidates are required to give approximately 10-12 documents apart from the application form which is available in the college website. Other demanded certificates and documents comprise are marks MEMO of 10 th and 12 th standard, transfer certificate, migration certificate, Caste & Income certificate, KCET/COMEDK hall ticket & rank card.
