Yes, if you are studying in 1st year BA at Bangalore North university, you can take transfer to Bangalore City College for second year. But you have to get approval from both the universities/ colleges before doing that. Once you get approval, you can place an official request with both the colleges.

Considering the last three years' COMEDK cutoff, REVA University cutoff 2023 for B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering closed at 65340, while it closed at 46142 in 2022 and 27289 in 2021. For B.Tech. in Robotics and Automation, the cutoff this year closed at 65407, it closed at 46279 in 2022 and 42564 in 2021.
