Although there aren't many jobs available on campus, Hec Montreal's Career Management Services may be able to assist students in finding work. International students enrolled part-time are not allowed to work unless they are nearing the end of their programme. If so, students are permitted to work off campus up to 20 hours a week.
Students may work both on campus and off campus, as long as they meet the requirements for both government programs.

University of the Fraser Valley is not the most competitive university to get into, as its acceptance rate stands at 84%. This figure tells us that almost 80 out of every 100 applicants manage to get enrolled in UVF. Therefore, once an applicant fulfills University of the Fraser Valley's admission requirements, ie; coursework requirements, English language requirements as well as relevant documents, they are most likely to secure an admission in the university. However, students must not take this lightly and apply to UVF within the deadlines in order to get enrolled as a student.
