Chandigarh University has an Anti-Ragging Cell. Hence, the freshers will never meet with this problem while studying in this college. The college premises has strict laws against the student found guilty of any act such as abusing, assaulting, threatening, teasing and embarrassment to new students, among others.
Chandigarh University strictly prohibits ragging maintaining zero tolerance policy against any form of physical, verbal or psychological harassment. Campus is officially "Ragging Free Zone" with dedicated committees & anti ragging squads to ensure student safety, fostering respectful & inclusive environment.

No, PGIMER, Chandigarh generally does not accept direct admissions. Students have to appear for the accepted exam. Yes, CGC Landran admissions are mainly merit-based. Students can apply after completing the last qualifying exam. For UG admissions, Class 12 marks are considered. For PG courses, Bachelor's score is considered. The college however, may accept national-level entrance tests for some courses.

Yes, you can apply offline for CGC Landran admissions. Students can simply walk-in to the admission office of the college to start the process. The form has to be collected from the admission office. Then, it has to be filled in neatly. Students have to attach some documents and submit it all to the college.
