IIT Madras accepts GATE COAP exam scores to offer M.Tech courses to the candidates belonging to All India categories. During the IIT Madras M.Tech cutoff 2022, the cutoff score released between 432 and 877 for the General AI category candidates. For top programs such as CSE, Micro Electronics and VLSI Design, and Integrated Circuits and Systems, the General AI quota cutoff stood at 820, 831, and 877, respectively.
