Admissions at Kalvium are strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Candidates can reserve their seat and choose their preferred campus after clearing the KQ. Campus choice is entirely depend on the availability.

Candidates applying for admission to Kalvium must pay an application fee of INR 999, which is completely non-refundable. Candidtaes can choose the different online payment gateways such as Credit/Debit Card, UPI, and Net Banking services to make the fee payment.

Yes, candidates can join Diploma courses at Kalvium. However, as a work-integrated program, they have to join the course for the entire 4 years and cannot join midway through the second year.

No, admission to Kavium is strictly merit-based. Candidates are selected based on their past academic records and their scores obtained in the KQ, which is conducted at the institute-level. The institute neither have any Management or Sports quota for admission.

Candidates can visit the official website of Bharathiar University Distance Education to apply. The distance education school is under Bharathiar University and offeres UG, PG and Diploma programmes across various streams, such as Management, Accounting & Commerce, Science, Arts and Social Work, via distance mode.
