With a general category rank of 40,000 in JEE Mains, you won't find it easy to get admission into the Computer Science Engineering (CSE) branch of Delhi's top colleges. The closing ranks of CSE in a college like NIT Delhi are generally between 7,000 and 10,000. For non-branded colleges, the cutoffs can be different, but they are usually competitive as well. You can consider other engineering branches or colleges with lower cutoffs. It's better to verify the particular cutoff information on the official websites of the colleges you wish to join.

With a score of 597 out of 800 in CUET, you have a high probability of admission to a B.A. (Hons) in Political Science at North Campus colleges of Delhi University. The cut-off is generally between 550 and 600 marks depending on the college and the competition. Hindu College, Miranda House, and Gargi College are among the top choices. It is better to check the official DU site regularly to seek cut-off statements and other admissions details.

No, students of commerce background can't directly secure admission in Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC). You must have cleared the 10+2 level exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and English as the compulsory subject. You must obtain a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (40% SC/ST, 45% OBC). With this rank of 129000, you can get admission at IPU in dental sciences. I am sorry to inform you that 558 marks are not sufficient to get MBBS at IPU Delhi. You have to aim for 600 marks+ to get MBBS at IPU next year. You may get admission in BDS and B.Sc. nursing with these marks easily.
