With your rank, to get computer Science engineering in any college in Delhi is very tough. Top engineering colleges in Delhi will have cutoffs much higher than your rank for the CSE branch. Admission to these institutions with such rank is generally not possible.

Lady Hardinge Medical College offers only one course under BSc, which is Bachelor's in Science Honor Degree in Nursing. But DTU cutoff rank may be higher because of the popularity of the branches

The most reliable indicator would be last year's cutoff trends for the same program, category (OBC - outside Delhi), at NSUT. Look for official sources or credible websites. You can search online using terms like NSUT B.Tech Biotechnology OBC cutoff 2023 (outside Delhi). While your JEE Mains percentile of 88 is commendable, it might not be sufficient for this specific programme and category at NSUT.
