All the 3 colleges are good. It depends which college is your first priority. Symbiosis Pune is much more better than the above two.

Hello! Unfortunately, with that low CMAT score, it is impossible to get admission into a good college. The cutoff of all decent colleges is generally at least 85 percentile and above. I suggest you either reappear for CMAT (and/or other exams this year) or focus on the upcoming exams like CET and MAT. Good luck!

There are decent chances that you can. Can't assure, though. The cut-off generally lies around 70 percentile. You may contact the admissions office to clarify.
