If last date is over, then there is no chance. If there are some vacant seats available, they will extend the date for admission, otherwise they can close the admission.

You do have a medium chance to get admission in Kolkata.
Attend the counselling and hope for the best.
In 2017, the last merit rank admitted at Kolkata for KD was 3484.
But don't be disappointed, just appear for the counselling.

You must complete your BBA first, and then only you can appear for CAT exam to enter IIM-A.

As far as I know, CA exam is much more competitive and tough than CAT. Nevertheless, you may wish to complete your CA certification and later on apply for MBA, many students do take that path.
