It's not the case, however, being from a good college would mean that you have already been in the best environments and have learned quite a lot from your time there.

B K School of Business Management happens to be one of the top B-Schools in Gujarat that accepts CMAT score. The degree provided would be MBA. You'll be asked to choose from marketing, finance, operations and HR in the second year as your specialisation (major/minor). The placement from campus is 100%. The fee is an extremely minimal amount as low as 3000 Rs. per year and the college is financed by Gujarat government. CMAT percentile must be above 95 to get you through B K.
Scores vary each year and hence we use percentiles to measure the cut-off.

Yes there is an entrance exam for National Institute of Design. The institute conducts a Design Aptitude Test (DAT) as an admission criteria, that happens in two phases. There are no maths and science questions in NID entrance exam. They conduct a design aptitude test (that) which is meant to judge your creativity. This test is followed by a studio test.
