I think you will need to score around 90 to 95 percentile to get admission in IIMA with the kind of academic background you have. Also there are individual paper cutoffs as well, which would also be around 90 percentile. Hence if you score more than 90 percentile in both the papers, then you should get WAT/PI call from IIMA.

Your score is not too bad. you can go for an MBA abroad after giving an GMAT exam. if you are willing to wait and gain some work experience of 2yrs maybe, then you can expect a better university and maybe scholarships too.

IRMA exam or popularly known as ISC or Issues of Social Concern tests the candidate's knowledge about the existing as well as proposed government schemes for rural India. After this, the students called for the interview have to undergo a group task (generally a prioritization task in which the group has to come to a consensus), case study presentation (for which 10 min are given to read the case and 2 min to each candidate for presentation), and a final personal interview to complete the icing on the cake! The weightage changes every year but the approximate weight ages are given below
CAT/XAT score: 40%
ISC Test: 10%
Group Task: 15%

Yes you can. As long as you are eligible as per the X,XII marks criteria (average &get;80 for Science, &get;77 for commerce, &get;75 for arts background), you won't be directly ineligible for IIMA.
But since your score is less in graduation, you need to compensate for the same by getting a higher percentile in CAT. Based on CAT 2015, you will require 99.8+ to be on the safe side for a call from IIMA.
All the Best!
