You can get in Deenbandhu but in YMCA, it is difficult.
Just wait for the physical counselling, you might get it there, the date for the same is August 4, 2018.

Last year, I have seen students with a rank around 45K getting IT.

You can get IT or CS in physical counselling which will be held on August 4.
Just keep checking the YMCA official website for the forms of physical counselling.

YMCA is a top class college with great placement record, so in my view, just go for YMCA, it's the top most college in Haryana.

Yes, you can try for the same in the second counselling.
There is physical counselling also on 4th of August in YMCA in which you can surely get admission.

You need to have above 75 percent in class 12th (CBSE) and also need to clear an entrance test which is conducted by YMCA.

Then apply for the particular course and its counselling (pay fee). As per merit in that particular subject, you can get admission.

You can get ECE in YMCA in physical counselling, which will start from August 4.
YMCA is the top most college of Haryana and cut off rank goes very low.
