Both colleges are equally good. You have to be clear about the course you want to pursue. IBS offers PGPM. You can avail MBA degree as well but you will have to enroll for PGPM+MBA which will cost you little more. Do make a search of courses offered by JIMS.

Yes, IBS Gurgaon has got good faculy team for finance specialisation. I cannot ensure you if it's best or not as I am not a finance student. But the Big 4 do come for placements here.
