Sir, it is not possible to change branch. You are a little bit late to ask this question. The criteria for branch change is after 1st year i.e. 2nd sem of engineering. After 4th sem, you can't change branch. Now, your son will have to carry on with the same branch.

Hello Parth,
The highest package being offered for this year by Amazon was Rs. 15.20 LPA where 2 students got placed and the average package as on date is Rs. 7.75 LPA.
Around 60 % of the batch is placed at present. The companies visiting for 2018 include HDFC Bank, Ernst & Young, Amazon, Housing First Finance Company, ICICI bank, ITC and JSPL.
Any good college can best do is to invite the companies and further it is the effort of the student to earn a place for him.

There are many courses in various fields offered in various institutes in India. It depends on you. choose the course in which you interested. If you interested in engineering then you may take admission in IIT
